PSR divides its production into 2 distinct but closely related areas.

1) Refractories. The refractories division is engaged in the manufacture of feeder expendables, forehearth refractories and furnace refractories. Forehearth refractories are manufactured principally to PSR´s own System 500 design although bespoke designs are also undertaken. - Furnace blocks and bricks are manufactured in 40% and 60% Al2O3 qualities.

2) Forehearth systems. The PSR System 500 forehearth is a unique design of forehearth that has established a worldwide reputation since its introduction in 1992. The complete package of products includes the MR-5000 forehearth combustion system and 600D & 3000S forehearth control systems.
